Welcome to B’s Southern Kustoms! These terms apply to purchases through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and our posted shipping, return, and privacy policies.

PAYMENT AND ORDERS

Full payment is required when you place your order. Production begins after payment is received and all required personalization details are provided.

If we cannot fulfill an order because of product availability or another issue, we will contact you to discuss an alternative or provide a refund.

CUSTOMIZATION AND PERSONALIZATION

Please carefully review your selected size, garment color, thread color, spelling, initials, dates, and other personalization details before submitting your order.

Items will be created using the details you provide and any changes we confirm in writing. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. Changes may not be possible after production begins.

If we make an error, we will correct it through an appropriate replacement or refund.

PRODUCT APPEARANCE AND SIZING

Garment and thread colors may appear differently depending on lighting and screen settings. Because items are individually embroidered and customized, minor variations in placement and stitching may occur.

Some listing images may be digital mockups or digitally edited examples. Please review the product description for the materials, colors, and customization included.

Please review the listing’s size chart before ordering.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND ORDER PROBLEMS

Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Cancellations may be accepted before production begins. Once production has started, customized orders cannot be canceled for a change of mind.

Personalized and custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind, customer-provided spelling errors, or an incorrectly selected size.

This does not affect your rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items. If your item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or appears lost in transit, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs when applicable. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

SHIPPING AND LOCAL PICKUP

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us promptly if an address needs to be corrected.

Local pickup in Moody is available when offered at checkout. We will contact you when your order is ready to arrange pickup.

CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED DESIGNS

By submitting artwork, logos, or other designs, you confirm that you have permission to use them and authorize us to reproduce them for your order. We may decline requests we cannot fulfill.

PRIVACY

Personal information provided through our store is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

UPDATES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms periodically. Updated terms apply to orders placed after the updated version is published. Changes will not retroactively alter an existing order’s agreed terms.
